Cold-Mount® Motorized Laminators |

Coda's Cold-Mount®
motorized laminators perform a wide variety of mounting tasks, from simple
pressure sensitive mounting to overlaminating. The motorized option allows
for volume mounting and greater control over the lamination process.

The motorized laminator
features a proven solid state speed control. Roller speed can be varied by
turning a dial on the motor control box and is operated by a switch on the
box or by the included foot pedal. The machine also has an infrared
shutoff. Roller movement is stopped when the pulsed infrared beam is
broken. Operation is resumed by a photocell reset switch. The machines are
available with silicone coated rollers. The silicone rollers will reject
any exposed adhesive.

Cold Mount® Heavy Duty Laminator Roll Feed Attachment |
- Coda, Inc. has introduced a new "Heavy
Duty" roll feed attachment for it's line of Cold-Mount table top
laminators. This attachment provides an unwind bar to facilitate coating
substrates with any of our Single Release adhesive materials. The
attachment consists of two heavy brackets that attach to the bass of the
laminator and a new "Auto Lock" Feed Bar.
The Auto Lock Feed Bar is made from a custom aluminum extrusion with a
special rubber cord threaded through It that automatically locks the roll
on the bar in place. This makes for a simple chuck free tool free method
of mounting the adhesive roll.
