It is CHOPS policy to sell to businesses who are actively engaged in picture framing or a closely related business. Possession of our catalog does not constitute the right to buy. CHOPS reserves the right to determine eligibility of clientèle. CHOPS sells to wholesale customers only, retail customers are referred to CHOPS clientèle.
Visa, MasterCard, debit, EFT, cash, and cheques are accepted at time of sale. NSF cheques are subject to a $25 service charge.

LOCAL BUSINESS DELIVERIES
A minimum of $50 before tax for free delivery within London.
In an effort to reduce costs and save energy we do not deliver every day. Deliveries will be made at no extra charge based on volume of orders in your area. If your order is time sensitive, please make arrangements to have it picked up. This does not include custom framing orders.
Orders for same day pickup must be placed before 10:00 am. Unless special arrangements are made, goods may be picked up between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm that day. This does not include custom framing orders.
SHIPPING VIA COURIER OR LTL FREIGHT
All orders are FOB London. Orders placed outside of London are shipped via the most economical way at your cost.
If your order is received by 8:30 A.M., every effort will be made to ship that day.
Orders after 8:30 A.M. will be shipped the next day.
Routing instructions should accompany each order; otherwise, the most economical routing will be used.
Lengths shipped via courier have a maximum of 7 feet. Please specify at which point you want wood or metal cut if longer than 7 feet in length.
All freight charges are as charged by the carrier and are included on your invoice.
Please include your payment method at time of ordering.
CHOPS will not be liable for loss or damage by carrier. In the event of damage, all claims must be made with the carrier.
